TAYLOR MADE CABINETS ~ LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty on our Cabinet Box Structure, Drawers, Runners and Hinges to the original purchaser under normal residential usage For As Long As They Own Their Home. Taylor Made Cabinets LLC will repair or replace the defective part. 

This warranty does not cover products that are misused, abused, mishandled, improperly stored, changed, modified, or subjected to extreme temperatures or extreme moisture levels, of normal wear and tear. 

Limited Finish Warranty:

Natural Wood & Stained Wood Finished Cabinetry has a 5 year finish warranty.

Limited Paint Warranty: Since lifestyles vary so much and painted cabinets do require additional care, we offer a 2 year paint warranty.  Please visit our Care Page to learn how to care for your cabinet finish. 

Maintenance Service * We do offer a Maintenance/Touch up Service for a reasonable fee, beyond the warranty period if needed. 

Paint finishes are uniquely different from standard wood finishes.  On all wood products, expansion and contraction are typical due to changes in climate conditions.  Due to the normal movement, paint finishes may develop slight separation line, finish breaks and seam lines. Caulking can also shrink over time from house movement or later construction within the home. Over time, there may be a slight color shift due to exposure to natural and artificial light.  These normal conditions are not considered quality defects and are not covered by this warranty.

Rev-A-Shelf Items, Accessories & Pocket door hardware:

Are warranted by their manufacturer.  We will choose high-end models for your kitchen that we are familiar with.

Clients who want to choose models that we are unfamiliar with using, can do so at their own risk without our Lifetime warranty.

Taylor Made Cabinets reserves the right to substitute discontinued products with the most similar styling, wood species, and color available at the time your claim is submitted.  In keeping with our policy of continued product improvement, Taylor Made Cabinets reserves the right to change product specifications without notice.

Our Paint & Formaldehyde-Free Materials

Wood and Medex has .01ppm Formaldehyde Emissions from the natural wood.  Because of that we can not warrant that our cabinets are 100% Formaldehyde Free/Non-Toxic, ** but we've gotten very good feedback from our sensitive clients and can Qualify for LEED Points if requested.  The rest of our material is Formaldehyde-Free though.  Purebond Plywood by Colombia Forest Products,  MLCambell EnviroMax Paint, and Medex by SierraPine. Technical data is available by request.

Handmade Cabinetry Since our cabinetry is completely handmade, you may have subtle differences from the design specs, due to the craftsmanship and artistry in everything we build. You can depend on our expertise and reputation to  provide you with a design that fits like a glove and looks/functions beautifully.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF TAYLOR MADE CABINETS LLC OF LEOMINSTER MA. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
